The point of bringing this up is not to cause hype or pretend expertise. Studies are only made when the people who are in contact with the horses the most, their owners and caretakers, begin to notice trends in their (breed) community. When enough concern is shown.. that is when the studies are done. I too would like some real and definite information on this, not merely conjecture. I would especially like to have my opinion proved wrong. But in order for any of that to happen, it first has to come to the attention of those concerned with the breed.
