A newly imported non-pregnant full papered 3rd premie mare should be around 18K-20K if it is not broke to ride yet. Import costs are rising and you also have to pay for CEM quarantine which costs about $2000. Mares in Holland would sell between 5000-7000 euros not including import cost.
There is no such thing as a guarantee for star- buyer beware there. I found the runner really screwed my 3rd premie full papered mare this year- he was walking her too fast and running her too slow. Never, ever, will I use that runner again! I can run her better myself.
