There's a group Ripple Night at 10pm GMT on Sundays - feel free to join in! (we don't meet up, most of us live too far apart anyway lol. We ripple in our own spaces) There's no specific way to meditate / ripple - just send out those positive healing ripples in any way you feel happiest.
