Date Posted: 8/06/07 13:20 wow whitewolf your growing a lot!!! I have just started a veg patch in the garden now. It used to have a shed on it and its clay soil so ive blisters like mad from digging and trying to get the ground broken up. But ive managed so far to grow radishes, lettuce, onions, carrots, and i have 2 butternuts in and im experimenting with a melon which is not too bad and i got a cucumber with 4 fruit on it im so chuffed lol. The rest of the garden has.... a little fairy area with fairies and crystals, sunflowers and wild flowers. A meditation area with lots of wild flowers and kuan yin (obv i didnt grow her hehe) I also growing beans, and tomatoes and i started off a pepper but mums taken that now and put it in the greenhouse as i dont have one. so phew yeah its been great. and yesterday my brother got me a fire pit. ohh i love gardening. Some guy passed my house the other day well actually he is the guy that cleans out the wheelie bins. and i ws gardening outside, he said that gardening is a form of meditation. Id not thought of it like that before. But i suppose he is right. I feel really good, almost like i do after doing yoga or something. wow this was a long answer wasnt it. ! hope your all well. im still keeping up to date with all the gardening tips lol [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
