] Date Posted: 3/05/07 13:12 Ok I confess I'm going insane, i mean completely "MAD" ROUND THE BEND STARK RAVING LUNITIC!!! Why I hear you say?? Well I decided to quit smoking 2 weeks ago today! I could even tell you the exact time it's messing my head up that much LOL and an (insane giggle). So what i need is a nice herbal remedy to balance my crazy fuzzy head! pleeeeaaaassssseeeeeeee!!!! No one can say boo to me and i feel slightly on the edge of panic at least 5 times a day. Oh and I've been doing this cold turkey GRAET ARHHHHHHHH I know this sounds a little to much I mean I'm just quitting fags it not like it's something totally hard to crack :( I know meditation is probably the way to go here but it's soo hard to find time and then there is grounding and so on and so forth. I have little wiper snappers who are noisy and lovely but very noisy time consuming, if you have kids you so know where I'm coming from.........HELP!!! Look to other methods, herbal teas etc. Try to avoid places where you'd ordinarily light up for a while, i.e. pub etc. Even when you want a tab (a fine old geordie phrase), put 20p in a jar. Quote "I know this sounds a little to much I mean I'm just quitting fags it not like it's something totally hard to crack :(" Remember nicotene is one of the most addictive substances around and what you are doing is difficult because of this. One last point, If you are on 20 a day, that equates to £30.00 a week, or about £1500 a year! That is a holiday!!!!!!! (or in my case it was the loan payments for an xjs convertable.)
