I went to visit CAT in Wales a couple of years ago with my partner and we were so inspired by their work that we have been members ever since. As well as running courses and projects, they have a community that live self sufficiently - even their buildings are built out of natural and eco products. Out of interest, they also have an on line shop and we often buy our books and gifts from there. Heather - keep the specs on hun, Im just looking for mine an the bottom of my drawer! There's a really good song I like which i interpret to be about life and how we just don't do with it the full potential.
