Date Posted: 20/02/07 21:43 Lovely Sam, take each day as it comes and try not to give any more room to worry...these thoughts feed on themselves.I always thought the best thing to do is to talk about the thoughts that are there, even if you go over the same thing...these thoughts are better out than in no matter how often you say them.
