My heart is with you dear one. I cannot know how you must feel right now but I can feel your strength shining, and have so much faith that still quiet voice inside you is there to guide you. The love and healing of everyone that loves you is always with you to nourish you.....

This may have only been a warning from your body to slow down a bit....If possible, try to take care of each moment, one at a time. Sometimes when I am overwhelmed and scared I think: "take the scary thing one thing at a time. Take the happy things one thing at a time. Look into all opportunities along the way." - Just something that helps me that I wanted to share.

My prayers are with you... and we will find comfort and strength in one another, in knowing that we are indeed never alone.
