(just as 'wicked' can mean good or bad etc...). Imagine a smiley face after her comment. Saying "You B****" in the manner your friend did is another way of saying "you jammy so and so". The fact that your friend felt you two were relaxed with each other and thought you knew each other well enough to use 'friendly slang' should tell you something :) (It's a compliment sweetsong - perhaps put in a manner you might not be so familiar or comfortable with, but please don't take it to heart, it's a friendly thing).
