A very good point Dragonlady. It is very easy to get into a downward spiral, seeing almost everything as negative. Pretty soon if that is allowed to become a habit the individual expects to have negative things happen in their life, and hey guess what?....negative things always seem to happen to them.

It can be hard to see any good when something goes wrong or you appear to be suffering. Given time however it is often found that good has come about from a bad or unpleasent situation.

As I commented not long ago here in the Garden....life is what you make of it. See it as horrible and it will be so.
To quote Richard Bach, the author of Jonathan Livingston Seagull and Illusions..."Argue for your limitaions, and sure enough, they're yours"
