Date Posted: 26/01/07 9:38 i canot believe that me being real and human with how i feel has made people want to slash their wrists here. on the advice of a friend who lurks here but does not post and someone who also posts here i went to the GP yesterday. i have been given anti depressants and referrred to a community psychiatric nurse. unfortunately positive thinking is not enough for everyone. i will not be staying here anymore as i have brought people down with my negativity incidently i can't snap my fingers and think myself out of that. i will carry on researching paganism to help me cope with my feeligns of loneliness and depression but in terms of emotional support am going to find that through a counselling group and at a private yahoo group i have found online. best wishes to all. sweetsong [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |

I was not being serious when I wrote that "slashing wrists" - after what I have been through in the last year (including major open heart surgery) I am hardly likely to be doing anything silly like that.
