Richie, you stumped me with your reference to "Joel's place." I do not recall Joel's--where was it located?

Becky, I agree with your selection of American Pie. I believe that one would be on most lists from 1971-1973.

We had to walk across the bridge behind the school and it was right there. It has recently been a bbq place (they expanded it a lot) and now "Europa" restaurant.
