I think you'll find the bottom 4 go down. It was due to be 3 up 3 down with the dropping of Wessex 2, but when New Milton dropped down from the Southern it was decided that 4 would go down and 3 come up to make the top division a league of 22 clubs.
For me the bottom four will be;
Alresford
Hayling
New Milton
Downton
