Subject: MONIES REP

What a good game at Monies last night.
I was stood between the two dugouts and what i saw was quite disturbing.A ref assessor who in my opinion was their to be assesing had more interest in the two dugouts than the refs game.
Surely it does nt matter how these refs perform anymore as long as its not them who are under the spot light.
If their is a problem with dugouts why does nt the ref or his policeman have a word at half time to give some advice.
Are these people just after money and surely thats where the disrespect comes between Football and refs.
