Wimborne must ask the question do they really want to go up a division. Once again (tonight 25/3/08 poppies) they have been beaten by a team in the top six of the wessex league. They have still not beaten any decent side and if they go up a div all the teams will be better than Ringwood Hamble Downton (no disrespect to them I know they dont pay money so they do very well to be competing at all.) The only thing Wimborne are better than the other top six sides are that they dont drop as many points against the lower teams which they should not as I guess they pay good money and a lot of the lower teams dont pay. If I was their board I would rather be successful at a lower level than struggle at a higher level. To be better at higher level you need to have fight as well as ability. Just an observation, but then again its not over yet and wimborne may still win the league good luck anyway.
