Hi,
I am not sure what this is but this in my opinion really looks like hypoglycemia. That means your sugar level is really low, and I mean really, really low. If this is not over when you read my message (I know about the time difference) you really should see a doctor. If this is hypoglycemia, which of course from this distance I cannot tell, you need to do something about it, it can be very dangerous, and I do not mean in the long run but I mean it could be dangerous now. If it is it is fairly simple to do stuff about it and it can go away then very easily.
Jane, I am really worried, please, if this isnt gone after you read this, please go to a doctor soon, have him check your bloodwork. And of course, maybe it is nothing but this really sounds serious to me. I really dont want to scare you but if this is what I think it could be you need to do something NOW. This can be really dangerous. In the mean time keep drinking a lot of orange juice.
Let me know how you are feeling as soon as you can and please promise me that you go to a doctor if it is not away or if you get it again. If you cannot (for what reason) go to the doctor, get yourself to the ER and have them check your blood work.
