choco,
ive been reading about hypoglycemia, there's i think fasting and reactive, and also the the kind related to diabetes. i'm not sure where i fit into those categories because it says most people who have it are overweight.
however, you're not the first person that thought i might be hypoglycemic- my therapist mentioned it to me, also my boyfriends mother who was a nurse. it's just so hard to see where the eating disorder ends and those other symptoms begin. eating less than 500 calories a day which i often do can cause your mind to blank out, and also feel dizzy, which is why i always related that to the ED...i'm hoping what happened last night was ED related too, it was just like i had no control over it though. it was different...scary. i'm feeling a little better today, just tired as hell. do you think there's a chance what happened could be exercise related? i have been overdoing it and for an extended period of time.
i dont have a doctor right now because i just switched insurance companies, but my mom is going to stay home with me and if it happens again she's taking me to the ER. the whole thing is just freaking me out...among all those other symptoms last night the main one was ANXIETY, which is why going to the ER might definately give me a huge panic attack, but oh well. thanks for all your help, choco. god i hope i dont have it though...
