that's really good that you told someone about it. it is definately a hard thing to talk about, but it is liberating in a way. when i tell people, you know, "the details", as stupid as it may sound when i say it out loud, i know that it's better than keeping it to myself. that's the worst. living with all these feelings and keeping them to yourself. in a word: implosion.
