jane - I completely understand about the cigarettes and the exercise bike and especially the toilet. A friend was telling me that she bought an elliptical machine at walmart for about $100 and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It would be awesome to have that in my apt, but I also know that I would get to be a little psycho about it too. So I'm trying to keep myself from doing it. But I've been doing Taebo and bellydancing late at night when the urge hits me to purge. It's starting to get cold here so I don't know how much longer smoking is going to keep me from eating. I refuse to stand out in the snow to smoke... :-)

Sandy - I taught for a year (3rd grade) and that was when my eating started going downhill again. I can remember on more than one occasion having a snickers and pepsi for lunch because that was my stress reliever and then not wanting to eat anything else the rest of the day because I felt I'd eaten too much already. Kids can really stress you out.

I am hoping that things can get better for all of us soon. This whole rollercoaster ride is hard to manage sometimes.
