Try to drink a ton of vegetable soup. You can make your own Weight Watchers or buy a premade, all veggies. That will fill you up. Also load up on green tea and I like soy milk,light. I know how you feel, because the bingeing can get so out of control and then the weight comes on and you feel worse and worse. I would say for a couple days really try to eat like a non-ed person. If you feel a need to binge, eat a healthish or regular dinner, not just junk and then you might feel a little bit better about not purging. Please don't take any laxatives/diaretics because they just screw your system up and the weight comes right back. When I can and I fill up on the soup, then I don't have room for more than a few cookies or whatever, so eat a lot of soup.Believe me, I know it isn't easy, but I'm just trying to help with suggestions. Also, eat breakfast, like oatmeal, a soy bar something. Try to put someting small in your body every 2 or 3 hours. In this way your not so starving to start a binge. It also is suppose to help your metabolism. Hope this helps.
