i agree with sandy's suggestions.....

the first few days after a mega-binge are the worst. i've been slipping too recently...i've been really starving myself for the past 3 weeks or so, and last night i had a crazy binge, out of nowhere. so now i'm flipping out, all i ate today was a pria bar and an apple and i ran 17 miles on the elliptical.

i feel like absoulute crap though, so tommorow i'm going to try to eat little bits throughout the day instead of starving myself, get my metabolism back up....stupid damn binges. i know how you feel.

i'm gonna try some of sandys suggestions though, especially about oatmeal in the morning, it really fills you up

i hope all works out for you & i hope you feel better soon...trust me, we've all been there!

love,
jane
