Stress is a hard one, because stress makes me eat also. In addition, you have to realize there are a lot of girls in your same position, or maybe not on the road to recovery like you are. See if there is any kind of free therapy on campus. My friend did that and it helped her tremendously. Be honest and the counselor should be able to give you strategies. I find taking a really long hot shower helps to relax and destress. Also if you can get your nails done, it is relaxing and can make you more aware of purging. You can always come here to vent, I'll try my best to check in. If you do have a slip, it's ok, just try again. Good luck
