I am never "regular." I ride the roller coaster too! I went to a specialist whom thought it was stress related, and that I might have irritable bowl syndrome which I was given medication for, but it didn't really help much with the pain. Another dr. reccomended Citrucel to me, a fiber pill, which seems to be usefull.
