anyone else sad that they cannot bury themselves under layers of sweats without looking suspicious?

Over winter I gained about 5 lbs. I was trying to eat better, increase my metabolism, and was able to eat on good days 1350c. (I know, I was shocked too!) I am currently eating at least 600 calories in protein bars a day, otherwise I would never get that much in.

But now, those 5lbs really have me feeling depressed. When I put on normal clothes (not sweats) I feel huge. Nothing fits right anymore, everything is tight and clingy. I was a size 0 (which I was proud of, because I used to have to shop in the kids section of stores to get things that would fit) but now I have curves, a butt, and I don't like it. I feel so happy when I see my ribs and pelvic bones in the morning, but then I eat and I bloat up. I know I sound sick, but I just feel so-- BIG.

So I want to lose weight, only 10lbs for the summer, but I am so scared that I can only lose weight by restricting. I want to do it "healthily," but I don't lose weight by eating "healthily."

I am sorry, I am just feeling gross today...
