Hi,

2 gramms is definately not enough. It is so though that if you are not underweight the process of damage to your bones goes slower.
The bones in the human body consist of cells like everything else, these cells need to renew itself every so often, with a lack of calcium this wont happen that fast.
I know how you feel about fat, I feel about the same way. but fat does not necessarily have to be 'gross' fat. Some chicken breast (grilled) some fish or some nuts will do fine. The fat in soup is good too. This kind of fat will not make you gain a lot of weight it is different from the fat in chips and hamburgers. I dont know the english words for the different kinds of fat. But basically there is good and bad fat.
good fat you can find in lean meat and fish (fish is a very good product to begin with) in nuts and cheese and soy products (which are mostly very popular for people with an ED)
the bad fat is mostly in the traditional fatning food (snacks french fries, icecream etc.)
I mostly take in some chocolate to get my fat percentage up. because chocolate makes me feel good.

Anyway, try to get some fat in and you'll be safe

Chocolate.
