thanks chocolate, i was able to get about 4-5 hrs last night, which is better than nothing. i think exercising is the main problem. i overdo it a lot, before bed as well.

i'll try your suggestions tonight in hopes they will lessen my anxiety about sleeping! i like reading, so will definately do that =)
