Get one of these and find a brick/concrete wall. My husband has one from his former career (in the military) along with helmet and safety padding for arms and knees. I don't need the padding but I borrow his and go at on the basement walls (they're concrete). You wouldn't believe how wonderful this works to get it all out!!! :o)

Of course you need a day even 2 to recoup - your arms will be killing ya! ;)
