Sandy, I am the same way--I can eat super-healthy all day long, but it's nighttime that I'm sometimes tempted to eat the wrong stuff. Things that help me are: (1) eat a healthy dinner and drink lots of water afterward for the rest of the night (get good quality water if you can, like Evian, or fix Perrier with some lime), (2) start getting up earlier so that you get sleepy earlier, and stay busy most of the evening, and (3) if you still want something before bedtime, try a hard candy or lollipop at bedtime (be careful not to lay down with regular hard candy in your mouth, so you don't risk choking). Also, a lot of times if I have just a couple of bites of something tempting (like ice cream) and then a lot of water, it keeps me from having too much.

I hope this helps.
