Yes, he was indeed glad all he got when Impressing Fordth was a small collection of bruises from being knocked down by the enthusiastic bronze.

"Needless to say, I have now broadened my repetoir when it comes to the worldly nature of things. I would indeed love to broaden it some more," he concludes. "I may look like an untrustworthy youngster, but I can prove you wrong and humbly ask the permission to do so."

Emma merely stands back and watches this display, a huge smirk on the greenrider's face at the whole situation. However, she is a trifle bit impatient to get going on the adventure part of the adventure and hopes that doesn't show too much in her posture, as she's trying hard not to fidget.
