Subject: 1st Annual UFO/Alien Festival & Parade

Well, it is finally going to happen - I hope!

The Pine Bush Area Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Crawford have joined forces to host the area's 1st Annual UFO/Alien Festival and Parade. The planning committee has tentatively earmarked Saturday April 30 2011 as the date.

This will be a community supported event and we want everyone to join in on the fun! Any civic organization in the area is invited to contact the committee and find out how they can participate.

There will be a planning committee meeting held on Tuesday July 6 at 6pm in Lynn's Red Barn [1846 House Soaps], Route 52, Walker Valley NY. Any interested parties are invited to attend. We will cover the details of the proposal presented and talk about the activities that are planned.

If you cannot make the meeting but have ideas to share or would like to be on the committee please contact me. We look forward to working with the community and making this an event to remember!
