Subject: Times Herals Record

Is anyone else experiencing erratic delivery time of the paper? We pay for a morning paper to arrive at a certain time each and every morning. Things were pretty good for about 20 years but now it has gone to the dogs.

Some days it does not show up until way after 7am. Don't know about you but I am up at 5am and out the door to work by 6:10am. If the paper is not here in time for me to read it - it has no use for me.

If you are fed up with the lousy service that we are getting from the Times Herald Record - let them know.

Email them each and every time the paper is late by your standards. Together perhaps we can get back on schedule and get what we are paying for!
