Subject: Mindfullness in Action

Something interesting other than the usual stuff.

The public is invited to an inspiring and unique program conducted by Orange County Life Coach and Clinical Psychologist Dr. Ruth Landstrom. This interactive and informal program will highlight mindfulness practices and ways to increase positivity and productivity.

The program runs from 3:00 to 5:00pm on Saturday May 15 at the Kurt and Arlette Seligmann Homestead & Studios, 23 White Oak Dr., Sugar Loaf NY. Ruth's informative and motivating presentation will be followed by ample time for questions and socializing. Refreshments will be served.

Cost of admission is a $25.00 donation to the Orange County Citizens Foundation. Call 845.986.7686 to make reservations or for further information.
