Pues no s� qu� clase de abogado te aconseja, pero si estuviese m�nimamente preparado te dir�a que la v�a de arbitraje excluye cualquier otra v�a judicial. En una palabra, que si vas a consumo y aceptas su decisi�n (sea cual sea) cierras la opci�n de acudir a tribunales, y vicerversa, si acudes al juzgado, luego no puedes ir a arbitraje.
La estafa sigue consumandose, y ello a pesar de que aqu� en Castilla-Le�n han cerrado 2 oficinas (Segovia y Burgos), en otras zonas parece que lo mismo (Cantabria) y en las que siguen abiertas cada d�a hay un "preparador/a" distinto, por no hablar que abren y cierran cuando les d� la gana y ni si te ocurra pedir cita m�s de una vez a la semana. Con todos estos antecedentes ninguna Administraci�n toma cartas en el asunto...�habr� que pedir audiencia con Zapatero para que se haga algo al respecto?.
