ENVIA carta certificada exponiendo los motivos de la devolución del importe, y el plazo que les das para su devolución, pasado el plazo que no te paguen (no le alargues mucho porque no te van a pagar, y si te pagan asi es en menos tiempo), lleva carta con toda la información que tengas a consumo, recoge en consumo el papelote que te dan y piensa bien lo que vas a poner.. por aqui estamos.
