Nostrils flare as the stallion scans the breeze for her scent. Vaguely picking it up, the rippling shoulders and hindquarters propell the dark figure into the shadows in hopes of finding this thrilling mare. He thinks to himself, "Do you never need a friend?". Her scent becomes stronger as he approaches. For a reason that the steed cannot explain, even to himself, he needs to find her, however the realization that the mare will not have anything to do with him makes him sad. Finding such peace in the darkness, the large mass of Pharoah comes to rest as he lays beneath a large oak. He knows she is there, he knows roughly where, but he feels he has bothered her too much already.
