The elegant mare moves quickly and has to keep a faster gait to stay paced with the large steed. The excitment and nervousness that wash through her viens has the golden female lightheaded. For once, even though she is not with her brother, she feels the safety provided by Firestone's escort. She had a dreamlike feeling, years of being alone, having no one, now she would have a home, she would be reunited with her blood, and she could once again be wild and free. Was it all really happening? For all of what was to come, she owed to the kind heart of the mighty stallion that now was just a few paces in front of her.
