A large figure approaches the mare throught the shadows. In the scattered traces of light, just a glimmer of the black Appaloosa flash and then dissapear. The muscular stallion draws near to the mare and stops, still in the cover of shadow. He slowly walks to the resting mare. When he is close enough, the steed lowers his trunk like neck and places a pile of lush grass that he just pulled from a nearby pasture, before the mare. Without a sound the stallion creeps back, never taking his eyes off the mare. The proud horse comes to rest, once again in the shadows. There he waits, he watches.
