Mahoghany steed of deep coloring watches the femme from afar - ebon tipped auditives prick forward in silent thought, as muscles twitched spasmoradically beneath his silken pelt. Tendrils of his dark mane seemed to dance amongst his powerful neck as the breeze caressed him softly - onyx tail flicks once, somewhat harshly, against the massively built hindquarters.

Lowering his head slightly to catch the solitary femme in better view - wondering why she had come to be so alone. For even though he knew what it was like to be a vagabond, a wanderer..he knew that even a single equine could not survive on their own for long. Horses were herd animals - naturally their instincts were to bond with others of their own kind, ones they could relate to. Perhaps this femme was one of his own kind, but he could never be too sure....

Deciding that any recognition would be good, if anything, a soft whicker escapes ebon lips, pursuing the mare who found her home to be so comfortable within the shadows...
