A job well done. It is great to see Locals Officers and Rangers get recognition for doing the job they were never expected to do.

It is fortunate that well trained officers were in a position to assist Fire, Police and Ambulance at a time when resources would of been well stretched. This adds to the professionalism of the 21st century Ranger.

An award that was well deserved. Strange things happen in this job that never seem to get the recognition some may deserve. I thought getting in the water all night with a stranded whale and later an injured dolphin was part of the job. Keep it up fella's.
