Subject: Corinth event information

Gentlemen:

As you are aware, the Corinth event is operating under a budget for the NSA that includes some significant expenses that are to be funded by the NSA from funds generated through participant registration.

In order that we may ascertain where we are in terms of income generated by registration of participants, please be prepared to provide General Moore with a fairly accurate count of the number of participants from your organization that you anticipate attending from your organization.

A reminder that the registration fee increases fro $12 to $20 per participant on August 1, 2005. If you have not mailed in your registration package to Wayne Beauford, you may give them to me at the NSA meeting.

ALL registrations RECEIVED after August 1, will be charged the late registration fee of $20. If you have these and have not processed them or sent them in, I urge you to do so immediately.
