I have just been shopping around for insurance as my renewal is up next week. I have been asking specifically about green cards with the insurance brokers, Frank Pickles refused to issue green cards and even wouldn't ring the underwriters to see if they did.

In the end I went with Graham Sykes insurance brokers who will issue a green card on request..
