"even the UKMSA observer was concerned."

but as a UKMSA observer had he took time out to check for example 750mc's RGB and kit car lap times around Mallory he would find they are within a second of each other, there was cars at that event capable of traveling much quicker than any of the BEC's entered and there will be cars in the 2010 event capable of lapping quicker.

I am often reminded that put two people in a BEC and they are agricultural like ? This is exactly what happens at this event, want to slow a BEC put a passenger in it.

I'll also put this into the equation, the event in 2008 was held in appalling weather conditions, of all the BEC drivers that I personally know that entered and drove in 2008 all certainly know how to pedal a car (whatever is under the bonnet) could this to have had a bearing on it from a outsider looking in ? Maybe its some of the drivers that need banning from the event not there cars ?
