Subject: Digne les Baines hotel

Carol has advised me that the hotel Tonic which will be the start point for the event is fully booked. We have booked in at the following Logis de France 2 star hotel which is about 3 miles away on the outskirts of Digne centre:
Hotel Saint Michel
Rue Des Alpilles
Digne Les Bains

Tel no 04 92 31 45 66
E mail hotelsaintmichel@aol.com
Web site hotelsaintmichel.com

They are aware of the Italia Roma event.

Hotel is family run with 21 rooms in total, with private car park and all en suite rooms.

Cost : Rooms for 1 or 2 persons from 42 to 52 Euro.
Half board for 1 person at 60 Euro or for
2 persons at 80 Euro.
Breakfast at 6.5 Euro
plus a minor local tax at 0.61 Euro

At the time of posting this they had 15 rooms still available for the night of Sunday 14th.

There is also a 2 star Logis in the town centre itself by the name of Le Coin Fleuri, very slightly cheaper tel no 04 92 31 04 51 but I have no other details on availability. Both the above can be seen on the Logis de France web site www.logis-de-france.fr

Would be interested to hear where others are booking.

Cheers

Pete and Stuart
