Subject: Final Payments and other Important Stuff

Just a gentle reminder - as it is now only 6 weeks before we go, I have to pay the hotel bills. Can those of you who have not yet paid all their entry fees please now let me have the outstanding monies as a matter of urgency - thank you.

For your "To Do Lists" - Take 5 photo copies of the ID page of your passport (and take them with you!): In Italy each hotel has to register every guest with the police, names, date and place of birth, passport number, etc. It will save time each night if when booking in everybody has a photocopy of the ID page of their passport to hand to the receptionist. When you're tired at the end of a long day, the last thing you want to do is stand and fill in forms before you can get your key!
