yep thats the one. was totally unprepared for the rally as was supposed to be bringing a different car that i prepped with the owner. unfortunately the owner went into hospital with hepatitus 2 days before the event so found a new co-driver and brought my car. didnt get far :-( car was shipped back to the uk, new alternator bolted on and still going fine (tho i did snap a drive shaft last month!). could not find that alternator in france for love or money (was from a bedford rascal). hopefully richards phoenix will see me round this time. fingers crossed.
