This is the mentality of the PRO ILLEGAL law breakers. Here is a politician threatening anyone who violates his unlawful edict when it is he (California's attorney general, Xavier Becerra) who should be arrested, charged, and convicted of violating the LEGAL immigration laws against harboring ILLEGALS.
8 USC Section 1324a states: "Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of the vehicle or property used to commit the crime". should be subjected to the LAW.

This means that all who are pushing for amnesty and HARBORING (Sanctuary areas) ILLEGALS be arrested - charged - and convicted of intentionally violating this law. Those office holders in California - Gov.- AG - Mayors - etc. are going to be in prison (10 years per Illegal) for the rest of their lives and own nothing when you apply the PER ILLEGAL ALIEN charge ($2,000.00 per Illegal).

Why is it that this law is ignored by those who swore an oath to ENFORCE THE LAW?????

CA AG Xavier BecerraThe federal government has a legal right to enforce immigration laws in California and business owners have the legal right to cooperate, says the leader of an immigration watchdog.

There is no legal basis for California's attorney general to threaten anybody for cooperating with a "duly empowered law enforcement agency," complains Ira Mehlman of the Federation for Immigration Reform, or FAIR.

Mehlman is reacting to a Jan. 20 news conference in which California's attorney general, Xavier Becerra (pictured above), warned California businesses they could be fined up to $10,000 if they give employee information to federal immigration authorities.
