De Blasio is GUILTY of this EXISTING LAW and should be arrested, charged, Prosecuted, Convicted and punished - ASAP - to be a grand example to all those other politicians who are violating and defying EXISTING LAW on ILLEGALS. We need to get this posted everywhere and especially to the Trump cabinet members who can get it to Pres. Trump.

If Pres. Trump were to go after DeBlasio and enforce this one section of the existing law, 8 USC Section 1324a states: "Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of the vehicle or property used to commit the crime", to subject De Blasio and all those other law breakers to the 10 years in jail + $2,000 fine for EACH ILLEGAL - they might finally figure out that we are serious about this. These who are violating this one law aren't paying any attention to the withholding of Federal Funds because that doesn't hit them PERSONALLY - it hits the citizens of the city. This 8 USC Section 1324a goes after these smug politicians who think they are above the law. They get charged and punished personally.

Today, as Pres. Trump was speaking at the Homeland Security event, he mentioned about holding back Federal money from those cities who refuse to obey the law and the problems in sorting out WHICH funds can be held back. This will take TIME and some things won't be covered.

Why not STRICTLY ENFORCE the existing law, particularly 8 USC Section 1324a states: "Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of the vehicle or property used to commit the crime".

I may be wrong but it would seem to me that all those Mayors, Police officers, School administrators who state their area is a SANCTUARY (place) are admitting they are GUILTY and they should be arrested, Charges, Prosecuted, and convicted with the following punishment for *harboring* an illegal alien: "punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien.

It seems to me that if this was instituted by Pres. Trump that those guilty in California, Oregon, Washington and the other states who have elected and appointed political figures defying the LAW they just might back up and back off. That would be a lot faster and much more of setting a strong example to the rest of the law breakers.

Please submit letters to the editors of your local papers - to your local news outlets - they probably won't publish it but if enough of us keep harping on this - it might be heard and acted on. Feel free to use my words or any part of what I have written. The MESSAGE is what is important - not who wrote it.
