Subject: The WALL-The FENCE - The LAW - and the CONFUSION

As I sit here this morning surfing my trap line for items that catch my eye and attention I am seeing a few reports about THE WALL and how Trump is wrong to build a wall.

Picture in your mind a few neighbors on a block of suburban houses. On one side of the street there are beautiful lawns and NO FENCES between the houses. On the other side the yards are filled with JUNK and garbage and FENCES. In the next block it is all mixed with the junk and the fences - not every one has a fence but those who do manage to maintain pretty yards, empty of junk or garbage.

Neighbors who RESPECT each other have no need for fences or concerns of garbage or junk being piled in the neighbors yard. They honor each others property and they ask for permission before using the neighbors property for their games or storage.

If the Mexican neighbor would RESPECT and HONOR the American neighbor there would be no need for a Wall or even a fence as the Mexican neighbor would appreciate the border line between the two properties. For decades the property line between America and Canada has been free of fences or walls because there is - or has been - this RESPECT for the adjoining property.

I also find it odd how the Mexican government has such strict laws about anyone entering Mexico without the LEGAL paperwork to do so. And how they don't stop, but rather encourage, those who use Mexico to pass thru from other countries on their way to ILLEGALLY enter America. Mexico DEMANDS everyone to comply with THEIR rules of entry but they totally disrespect and ignore the American LAWS on entry to America. In fact they even publish comic book style how to do so and how to obtain all the benefits available in America. http://www.federalobserver.com/2017/02/14/guia-del-migrante-mexicano/

I recall how the area I lived in back in the late 40's and early 50's (Hawaiian Gardens, CA) was one of the heavily populated areas for incoming Mexicans and how the neatly kept houses that were soon filled with the incoming Mexicans became junk yards. I made a trip back to that area after I got married and was shocked to see the house my folks had look like someone had run a tank thru the place. The well kept white picket fence and rose arbor was all laying on the ground with vehicle parked on top of the broken up lath pickets. The screened in front porch had the screen all ripped and hanging loose. Granted, our former home wasn't a fancy place but it was well kept - as were the houses of the LEGAL American neighbors. What is it with the Mexicans who seem to think a yard is to park cars all over and drive over plantings and fences? I also remember how it was so easy to tell when Mexicans would move into another neighborhood - all by the way they junked the yards right away as if it was some kind of announcement that they had arrived.

Don't get me wrong, I also have met and known many Mexicans who are neat and maintain their property but what I also notice is those Mexicans are the ones who applied and received PERMISSION to LEGALLY come to America. They took/take pride in how their homes looked/look and they worked hard to keep them looking nice. They also spoke ENGLISH and didn't expect Americans to provide translators for them - nor did they have regular visits by law enforcement. It reminds me of how the Asian communities differ from each other. I could always pick out a property where Japanese lived due to the almost meticulous way the yard and house was maintained. Then there was the others who came over in the 60's from S.E. Asia countries who had little to no respect or pride in what their places looked like or the rats their junk attracted.

Funny how different cultures can be SO different that you can pick them out just by driving in the neighborhoods they reside in. One doesn't have to be rich to keep your property neat and clean. One doesn't have to be wealthy to have and show RESPECT for the neighbors. This is a CHARACTER TRAIT. People who work for what they have generally take care of it and RESPECT their neighbors. Those who EXPECT things to be handed to them without having to EARN them see nothing wrong with turning those things into garbage as fast as they can. They have never learned to EARN their way - to expend the labor to BUILD anything - to speak the language of where they live - or to have RESPECT for others and their property.

If the Mexican neighbors would show RESPECT for their American neighbors there would be no need for a wall, a fence or even laws on entry but they not only do not show any respect - they go to great lengths to DISRESPECT America and American Law and then blame us for their violation of America Law on how to immigrate to America. They and their ilk are now going to give Canada a big TASTE of how they operate and ignore BORDERS - this time using America as their PASS THRU trails.

Just as we expect others (regardless of who they are or where they come from) to respect our personal homes and property - it isn't too much to expect those from other countries to respect our national borders and laws. Imagine one of us (Americans) going to Mexico and driving up on the front lawn of the Mexican Presidents home parking our car on the knocked down plantings and decorative fencing - going up to the front door or maybe a side window and making entry without first gaining permission to do so. Just how do you think that Mexican President would react to our doing that? What if we then helped ourselves to the food - left crumbs and bones all over the floor - greasy hand prints on the fine table linen or the upholstered furniture? Do you think he would say he would just overlook our illegal entry and illegal taking of what he figures is his property? Would he then grant us AMNESTY and let us remain in his house and eat his food?

I look at our personal property in the same way I see our national property. If we don't respect the *boundaries* then we become no different than the wild animals. But then even the ANIMALS have a respect for the areas that belong to others. They leave their MARKERS (fences) to let the other animals know they are trespassing on private property and there will be consequences for that trespass.

Why is it that that SIMPLE FORMULA is so difficult for some to understand???

America has very easy rules/laws on how to LEGALLY enter America - why is it that so many figure they don't have to abide by those simple rules? Why do they think they need to find another way to come live on our land and live off of the hard work of LEGAL Americans (all the welfare, education, health care, employment under the table, food, and even the stolen SS#'s so they can file for Social Security checks later on). These people are not ignorant - they are very clever, sneaky, THIEVES.

They scream out about their families being *torn apart* when the parents (ILLEGALS) are deported and they claim their born on American soil children have to stay here. WRONG!!!! They need to take THEIR CHILDREN (regardless of where they were born) with them just as they would take their other belongings with them.

Each and every argument that is used to fight against their being sent back to their home country can be blown apart so easily but too many Americans have been indoctrinated with this *Send me your tired and your poor* and we are all immigrants. Not sure about you but my ancestors who came to America came in LEGALLY thru Ellis Island. They didn't sneak in and live off welfare benefits. they came in - went thru the HEALTH checks - had sponsors who GUARANTEED they wouldn't become burdens on Americans already here - found jobs and EARNED their way - took care of their families and didn't expect anyone else to do that job. And I also had ancestors who were here to greet the ones who came from Europe. I have ancestors who fought on both sides of the Revolutionary War - the UNCIVIL war (War of Northern Aggression). I am an AMERICAN, a LEGAL AMERICAN - not a foreigner who demands that Americans provide for me.

Why are so many in political offices so hell bent to open the gates to those who prove to be law breakers (criminal acts) the very minute they cross that border line without the LEGAL PAPERS to do so? What is in it for them to not only willingly but with great political force push to keep criminals here knowing they will cause many more to do the same thing? What has caused them to hate LEGAL processes so much to the extent of causing HARM to LEGAL Americans?

Can anyone explain this to me?
