My * DREAM * is the America I was born into and grew up in.... where ENGLISH was the language spoken and no one had to press 1 for English - or read or listen to numerous other languages as it is now. The land where those who might have been here ILLEGALLY were not granted freedom to demand they be handed all the benefits of LEGAL Americans - like it is now. The *DREAMS* of these foreign ILLEGALS are America's worst NIGHTMARES. This entire DACA operation is phoney as can be. The very creation of it by that BUM who 'occupied' the Oval Office tells all just how phoney it was and is. And all those politicians who endorse it and support it are just as corrupt as the BUM who installed it. We, The People, of America need to remove each and every politician who stands with the ILLEGALS rather than to enforce and uphold their Oath of Office and the immigration laws on the books. We have LEGAL means to enter America and all those who violate those laws need to be denied any future entry. All those here now need to be rounded up and deported with a ban on their ever returning. Each and every business or individual who hires an ILLEGAL to work for them needs to be subjected to the harshest punishment on the books for doing so.
8 USC: Section 1324a states: "Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of the vehicle or property used to commit the crime".

Section 1324c states, "All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for a violation of any provision of this section" (affirmed US v Perez-Gonzalez 2002 Fed App 0360, 6th Circ.).

Section 1644, same title states, "No local ordinance, rule, or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section" (affirmed Southern District Court of NY, US v Rudy Guiliani,1996).

Anyone who VIOLATES the LAW is already guilty of a criminal act... so the minute they stepped onto American soil without the LEGAL permission to do so makes them guilty of a criminal act. You can't argue around that point.
