Ms Bailey,
Would you agree that a gang-banger, doing a drive-by killing, shooting up a home, neighborhood or gathering, had that right? Pray tell, Ms Bailey, what is the difference between a gang-banger, who takes a gun and murders, indiscriminately, and a woman who murders an unborn human being? How can you claim one is legitimate, the other not, when they are both murder?
You speak of the Supreme Court. You do realize, do you not, that the Supreme Court is not God, and God has made it clear that murder is a sin punishable by eternal death? God does not discriminate between the gang-banger and the woman who murders her child; in the eyes of God, murder is murder. Do you think the Supreme Court justices, who, as you say, upheld Roe v Wade, will be exempt from God's judgment?
Beyond that, abortion is not a right; the only rights anyone has, in this country, and as our country was established, are God-given. If you knew anything about our Constitution and Bill of Rights, you would know that, as established, rights flowed from God to the people to the government; they do not flow from the government to the people.
As for the "law of the land", as you are undoubtedly aware, laws change every day.
Beyond all this, as I outlined and that you were unable to logically dispute, women who have abortions do so in denial that they are women and the role women play in procreation; that is mental, not physical.
You all wonder why President Trump got elected. What you wrote is just part of the reason. Maybe, instead of popping off at me because you don't like what I said, you need to think about what I said and realize that maybe you need to broaden your perspective to what is best for our society, not just what you want.
Sincerely,
Lynn
